Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the Company to (i) learn whether your personal data are processed; (ii) request information if they have been processed and learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose; (iii) know the third parties to whom they are transferred in Turkey or abroad and request correction if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly; (iv) request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; (v) request that requests for deletion/destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK and for correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed personal data be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred; (vi) object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and (vii) claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
If you have any question or request regarding the processing of your personal data under this Notice, you may apply to our Company by completing the Data Controller Application Form available at https://bpa.com.tr and submitting it through one of the channels stated in the form.
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, our Company will conclude applications according to the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the process involves a cost, the tariff determined by the KVK Board will apply. If your request is rejected, the reason(s) will be stated in our reply. If you believe that the personal data processed by our Company are out of date, incomplete or incorrect, please contact our Company immediately at [email protected] or [email protected] to notify us of the changes.
