Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Company to (a) learn whether your personal data are processed; (b) request information if they have been processed; (c) learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose; (ç) know the third parties to whom they are transferred in Turkey or abroad; (d) request correction if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly; (e) request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of Law No. 6698; (f) request that the operations carried out under (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred; (g) object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and (ğ) claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, our Company will conclude applications according to the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the process involves a cost, the tariff determined by the KVK Board will apply. If your request is rejected, the reason(s) will be stated in our reply.
